How long does it take to receive my reports in the mail?
It typically takes 7-21 days from the time of your order
What kind of records can I purchase?
We provide various reports such as real estate records, court proceedings, marriage/birth/death records, criminal history information. We also provide secondary information such as flood reports, parcel maps, sex offender search, comparable values search etc..
Why do I only get a copy of my document and not the original?
Usually, the original document stays at the county office to be accessible for public records request. Sometimes the title company or atoorney will recoerd a deed or other document electronically and provide you with the original.

Can I access military personnel records?
No, military records can only be obtained by veterans or their families at the National Archives, found here
Do you fax or email copies of documents?
Yes, we can do both
I haven't received my property report yet, what should I do?
If it’s been more than 21 days, feel free to call us during business hours so we can track your order or send you a a replacement.
Do you work for the county?
No, we are a private company providing a service. We have no affilation with your county or any government agency.
